The Mind

I am a designer of experiences. My professional path has been built at the intersection of narrative, production, and strategic direction. For years, I worked in audiovisual production and in the organization of institutional events for multinational companies, where I learned that every detail communicates, that every decision shapes perception, and that logistics is only successful when it becomes invisible.

I have directed my own agency and developed independent ventures that allowed me to integrate creative vision, management, and execution with autonomy and coherence. My degree in Communication Sciences gave me the tools to understand how meaning is constructed; my Master’s in Sustainable Entrepreneurship expanded that perspective toward responsible, conscious, and structurally sound projects.

Beyond credentials, however, my work is grounded in sensitivity.

At NOVAGEM, I design the experience that surrounds each gemstone. I conceive the space, the atmosphere, and the sequence of the encounter. I curate the catering and pairings as part of the narrative, preparing an environment where technical knowledge can dialogue with the sensory and the emotional.

I do not see a gemstone as an isolated object. I understand it as a convergence of time, matter, and meaning. My role is to create the context in which that dimension can reveal itself.

At NOVAGEM, we do not organize events. We construct moments where matter is understood, contemplated, and experienced.

Because true experience is never improvised. It is designed.
